Description of the flag

At eighttribes.org/eastern-shawnee/ there was enough material to make the above image, the flag of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. The seal on the flag (red background) is a white circle, rimmed black, with an outline of a springing black cougar above a white swan, separated by a horizontal spear, all in black and white; four feathers hanging from the bottom edge of the circle. Seal on a red background is not unusual among U.S. native flags, and the seal itself uses a recurrent motif, the hanging feather ornament.

According to Healy (1997) [p. 51-52], that is a specific subspecies of cougar - the Florida panther. It is to represent the great Shawnee leader Tecumseh, whose name means Panther. It also represents the attributes of ingenuity and ferocity. The bird is a swan, representing the attributes of tranquility, peace, and beauty.
